1. Digital product only
RightClickMagic Focus is a digital software service delivered through the Chrome extension and supporting online services. We do not sell or ship physical goods.
2. Delivery of Free access
Free functionality becomes available after the extension is installed from the Chrome Web Store, subject to browser compatibility, required permissions and applicable usage limits.
3. Delivery of paid access
Pro or Team access is activated electronically after the payment provider confirms a successful payment and our server verifies the payment. In normal circumstances, activation is automatic shortly after verification.
4. No physical shipping
No parcel, courier shipment, tracking number or physical delivery address is required for RightClickMagic purchases.
5. Activation delays
Occasional delays may occur because of payment-provider processing, bank authorization, service maintenance or connectivity issues. If payment was successful but your plan has not activated, use the Refresh option in the extension and contact us if the issue remains.
6. Team access
For Team purchases, the purchaser receives the paid Team capacity electronically. Team owners can then invite members and manage seats through the Team workspace.
