1. About RightClickMagic
RightClickMagic Focus is a Chrome extension and supporting online service operated by Datagrape.ai (“RightClickMagic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It provides tools including colour extraction, multilingual text recognition (OCR), translation, clipboard history, page extraction, image annotation, account management and Team workspaces.
2. Acceptance of these Terms
By installing, accessing or purchasing RightClickMagic, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Additional terms from the Chrome Web Store, Razorpay, Google or other service providers may also apply when you use their services.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
4. Plans, limits and prepaid access
RightClickMagic may offer Free, Pro and Team plans with different feature limits, usage allowances and seat capacities. Current plan details are shown in the extension and/or on our website.
Paid plans are sold as prepaid access for the selected billing period. They do not automatically renew unless we clearly introduce and you separately authorize a recurring billing option in the future. When a prepaid period expires, paid access may return to the Free plan unless additional prepaid access is purchased.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay or another disclosed payment provider. We do not store complete card or bank credentials. You are responsible for applicable taxes, fees or currency-conversion charges imposed by your bank or payment provider.
6. Team workspaces
Team plan owners are responsible for managing purchased seats, invitations, roles and access. Team members must use their own accounts and may only use the workspace in accordance with these Terms.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use RightClickMagic to violate law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, bypass access controls, distribute malware, abuse third-party services, interfere with the service, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, or process content you do not have the right to use.
8. Service availability and changes
We aim to keep RightClickMagic available and reliable, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Features, limits, providers and pricing may change over time.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent abuse, comply with law, investigate fraud, enforce these Terms or protect service security.
10. Intellectual property
RightClickMagic, its branding, software, interface and original materials are owned by Datagrape.ai or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you.
11. Automated results
OCR, translation and automated extraction may contain errors. You should verify important results before relying on them.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection law and mandatory jurisdiction rules, disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the courts in Delhi, India.
